Gold star tree

When I am sick (or stuck in a MRI, or at appointments) and unable to physically work on cards I think about card designs.  I think about the stamps I have, the sketches I have recently seen, the embellishments etc. that are sitting on my desk and how I can turn them into cards.  It helps to keep me from thinking about how I am feeling or how unpleasant the situation I currently might be in is.  Sometimes I can’t remember what I come up with during those times, but sometimes I actually come up with something that works out.  This tree was something that has been on my mind while sick this last week.  I think it was the best thing to come out of the last week.  I am submitting it to Mojo Monday 474, and I used this sketch:

Darling tree you have created and love the thick twine you used. Lovely rustic feel all round. Hope you feel better soon ((hugs))! Thanks for joining us at Mojo Monday.

Such a fun card. Love that dotty tree. Thanks for playing along with Mojo Monday!
