I was talking to my husband about having problems figuring out what to do for this challenge.  He didn’t understand, “You make book cards all of the time”.  The problem is this challenge is “Based On A Book”.  You see there is a question that I absolutely hate being asked, this challenge felt a bit like that question.  As much as I love to talk about books and reading and will talk to anyone and everyone about them whenever and wherever I can, I hate to be asked: “What is your favorite book?”.  I have to pick one? you mean that I read this year? you mean in a specific genre? you mean what book would I recommend you read?  you mean which one am I loving right this minute?  You see picking one is like choosing which child I love the most.  Unless you really want to get into this discussion, and I doubt you are or I am quite prepared for it, it just really isn’t a good question.  I got giddy yesterday when I found out that I can add 5,000 books to my library wishlist.  So, I remembered I had this digital stamp and it saved me from a total breakdown of trying to figure out how to make every book I love into cards for this challenge
(because I also couldn’t just not make a card for a book challenge).  I am submitting this card to Sketch Saturday Week #452 and to Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Based On A Book, and I used this sketch:
