Heartfelt anniversary cheers

Doilies are one of those things that I remember always having when I was a kid, and now I never seem to have.  How does that happen?  I own exactly two paper dollies, and I don’t know that I own any others at all.  I really like them, I just don’t have any, it has a bit to do with being the only girl in the house most of the time I guess? I made the doily on this card by cutting it out of paper using my Cricut.  I stamped my designs on using my Misti min since I didn’t have a lot of room to work with, and I am glad I did because I needed to restamp the image because I didn’t have enough ink on my stamp the first time.  I then watercolored in my designs and added a touch of glitter glue to the champagne bubbles to add a bit of sparkle.  I am submitting this card to Mojo Monday 494, and to Inky Paws Challenge #45 Use a Doily.
