I always start when I see the theme of a challenge by going and doing a search for it in the shop (if there is one).  Sometimes it gives me a starting point, sometimes I have a completely different idea of what to do.  This time it reminded me of a set that caught my eye a long time ago and just kind of forgot about.  I also have been working on a notebook of old sketches that I can utilize, and it worked perfectly for this card.  The design I used on this card is Arizona Fantasy from The Paper Shelter.  I did very little else with this card except emboss the blue strip.  I learned that I haven’t been using a part of my Cricut to its fullest potential and now I know how to use it better I am excited.  I am submitting this card to The Paper Shelter Challenge 292 – Flowers and to Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: A Hint Of Pink.

This is the sketch I used on this project:

A lovely looking card and a nice lovely sketch you have worked with. Love that the roses come back in smaller versions. Thanks for joining us over at the Paper Shelter this week.
    Love n hugs
