Furry angels

My husband and I were having a discussion about this card over lunch.  I said that I don’t necessarily think it has to be a sympathy card because I think my puppy is an angel.  He then asked me if I meant the same dog that was currently in on the couch with a tummy to sick to beg for cheese because he had eaten who knows what?  I used FURR-EVER FRIENDS from Newton’s Nook for the design and sentiment on this card.  I embossed the images to give them some sparkle.  I attempted to do a reverse stamp of one of the dog stamps, but it didn’t fit on the card (which is ok since I still need to work on that).  I am submitting this card to (first time!) CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #237 – Sketch, and to Inky Paws Challenge #53.

This is the sketch I used on this project:

Oh these are just wonderful! I agree that this set is great to celebrate our fur angels. (Unfortunately my little fur angels also have little horns!) Thanks so much for sharing your talents with us at Inky Paws Challenge!

What a great set of cards. I think you and your husband are both right they are versatile enough to send to a fellow pet lover or used for a pet sympathy card. Thanks for playing along with our sketch this week at CC&S. Good luck! Cathy
