Winter wishes

Unforgotten technique to the rescue!  I opened my container of embellishment mousse and it was a bit dried out, but I really wanted to use it for this project.  Undaunted, ok maybe a bit daunted, I remember one of the methods was to use a baby wipe to apply it and I thought that might just restore the moisture.  Viola!  I used WINTER SNOWFLAKES from Memory Box for my main design on this card.  I spread it with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse (using a baby wipe instead of a spatula) and while it was still wet I sprinkled it with Glitter.  I let it dry for 24 hours, and then attached everything to the front of my card.  I am submitting this card to Cute Card Thursday Challenge 495 – Add a banner/flags!, and Tuesday Morning Sketches #420.
