There has always been a fine line between the two.  I walk that line every day.  I think that might be one of the reasons that this card is a bit extra cool to me.  We used to have an office that had a drugstore nearby that had a tiny ‘museum’ of all of the years that they had been open, I loved just looking at everything.  So sad when it closed.  I used pieces from the  HALLOWEEN Ephemera Pack from Tim Holtz Idea-ology for the main design on this card.  I dabbed the edges of my drug squares with my inks, and also my background to give it a vintage feel.  I remembered a trick of using an acrylic stamping block (for an A2 card I use a 2x2 block that is 1 inch thick) to tie my twine around to get my bow right and my length right before placing it on my card.  I am submitting this card to Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: A Walk On The Dark Side, and Tuesday Morning Sketches #423.
