Simple joys of gardening

My gardening prowess is nill.  I come from a long line of people who have beautiful gardens, it just skipped me.  I surprise people with my knowledge of being able to look at a plant/flower and tell you what it is, I just can’t grow things.  I don’t right out kill things (most of the time) I am like plant hospice, I help them on to the next life.  I do however love visiting gardens and especially photographing what I find there!

I used Green Thumb (which is retired) from Papertrey Ink for the main design on this card.  I started by cutting my squares and then I stamped them with my images.  I added my ribbon and bow and then my squares to the front of my card.  I then stamped my sentiment on and affixed my sequins.

I am submitting this card to:

I confess to being a serial plant killer, but I love to make floral cards, so that has to count for something. Your card has a a clean, spring vibe. Very cheerful. Thanks so much for playing along at AHSC!

I am also not a gardener in any way but I love to make cards that are filled with flowers, so I completely understand 🙂 I love the sentiment and the bright green combined with the pink and blue. Such a perfect spring card. Thanks for joining us again at Atlantic Hearts!
