My favorite local store for crafty goodness Craft Warehouse had one of the things that I have been needing (yes need not want) to add, a  Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, to my arsenal of crafting supplies on sale and I couldn’t resist.  So this last weekend I ventured out to get it. I am having a lot more trouble walking in the store so I have to kind of beeline it to the item and then out, which is probably good for the bank account, but a couple of oxide inks might have just been close enough to grab on the way…

I started by stamping the roses on the background and sprayed them with a bit of water.  I then cut out the heart border and the other strip.  I stamped the heart and sentiment on the strip.  I then attached the heart border to a strip of cardstock with glue and then added adhesive to the back of the pink strip and sandwiched the border between the two strips.  I added the strip to the background piece.   I then attached everything to the card base.
