It took me awhile to figure out how to make this card and I didn’t make the deadline to actually submit this card to the challenge that the sketch the card is based on came from. I totally forgot that I had these letter stamps that were given to me by a wonderful friend when I was first starting out. I have no idea what company made them because I didn’t realize that I would need that info later on so I didn’t save it.
I was supposed to post this card yesterday in honor of my eldest niece turning 17. You want to know what, this auntie was doing a bit of pouting instead. Don’t get me wrong, she has grown into an amazing woman. One that I am super proud to know and love and spend time with and I can’t say enough wonderful things about… However, she will always be my little Tinkerbell, my princess, the baby that I waited in a parking lot to meet, the little girl that played in my skirts, and I would buy Hot Cocoa bubble bath for so she would take a bath. read more
My nephew is really into fidget spinners right now and every time we go to one of my favorite craft stores I have been talked into getting him a new one. He has been gone this week and I am missing him horribly, so I made this card for him. read more
A flurry of cards! One card led to the idea for another card then an inspiration picture reminded me of a past card which all lead to a day of making a flurry of cards, well in actuality I made six cards, but it still took all day and that is how it all started. I am going to post this as two different (but fairly identicalI) posts since I made two stylistically different cards that are identical in the method I used. read more

A friend of mine is celebrating his first anniversary this upcoming weekend and this card is for him and his wife. It should have been their wedding card, they had a simply gorgeous book theme (a bit jealous!), but the stamps hadn’t been released yet. read more
