The other day I connected with a lovely new digi stamp designer on Instagram and this is one of her designs. I just love how unique this stamp is. Just perfect for a sorry card! This is totally the kind of cat that I would fall in love with. She has a lot of great stamps in her store, so go check it out!
This card wasn’t really planned out. I have been eyeing the digistamp that I used as the main design for a while and keep trying to think of a good way to use it, and yesterday I went ahead and bought it. I knew I wanted to use it with the background paper chose but didn’t have a sketch or anything like that. I just kind of put everything together until it looked nice.
This last week I shifted focus from card making to website stuff. Most of it isn’t things that you can ‘see’ although my husband has been at work on that stuff as well. This card I made before I took my small break(?) and forgot I hadn’t posted it yet. Today I have been trying to get back into the groove of posting and have fought with every program in some way so far.
Not submitting this card to any challenges. I just came across this cute little guy while working on things and thought I would make a quick card using an old sketch. I really love how it turned out.
It took me awhile to figure out how to make this card and I didn’t make the deadline to actually submit this card to the challenge that the sketch the card is based on came from. I totally forgot that I had these letter stamps that were given to me by a wonderful friend when I was first starting out. I have no idea what company made them because I didn’t realize that I would need that info later on so I didn’t save it.
I was supposed to post this card yesterday in honor of my eldest niece turning 17. You want to know what, this auntie was doing a bit of pouting instead. Don’t get me wrong, she has grown into an amazing woman. One that I am super proud to know and love and spend time with and I can’t say enough wonderful things about… However, she will always be my little Tinkerbell, my princess, the baby that I waited in a parking lot to meet, the little girl that played in my skirts, and I would buy Hot Cocoa bubble bath for so she would take a bath. read more
