So, I have been really bad at actually making my husband an anniversary card.  This year I did, and this is similar to the card that he received.  We celebrated our nineteenth anniversary on this last Wednesday, it seems crazy that it could be that many years.

There has always been a fine line between the two.  I walk that line every day.  I think that might be one of the reasons that this card is a bit extra cool to me.  We used to have an office that had a drugstore nearby that had a tiny ‘museum’ of all of the years that they had been open, I loved just looking at everything.  So sad when it closed. read more

You know, I just don’t know that I can do this stamp justice.  I have tried using it several different ways now, and I have really only been truly happy with it once.  It just always looks better in my head than it does on paper.  Well, I guess I just stick to that one way from now on.  I like how it works on the card, I just still think I am not making this stamp look nearly as good as it should, does that make sense? read more

Unforgotten technique to the rescue!  I opened my container of embellishment mousse and it was a bit dried out, but I really wanted to use it for this project.  Undaunted, ok maybe a bit daunted, I remember one of the methods was to use a baby wipe to apply it and I thought that might just restore the moisture.  Viola! read more
