Second guessing myself, something I do a lot. I had the idea for this card in my head, and I had to get it out. I think it turned out kind of cool, but I have been second guessing myself about it quite a bit. The thing is that I have a weird feeling that I have seen something similar to the background roses somewhere else. One way or the other it was a fun card to make!
This card has so much that I think is just awesome! I think it speaks to me in a way. I mean the first thing is the sentiment is one of the truest that I can think of, especially for me. The buttons always make me extra happy, and I love the lady at the desk who could be doing pretty much any craft. Then there is the strip of paper! All of those things fit me!
This card makes me super happy! It reminds me of all of the little ‘Super Girls’ in my own life. I actually made one of my nieces a cape kind of like the one on here. I realized when I finished the card and looked at it the circles look a bit like they are magic bubbles coming out of her magic wand.
This is a birthday card for one of my favorite wee gamers. I tried really hard to make the screen look like it had Super Mario on it.
Sometimes I know that I want to use one thing in particular on a card and I end up trying to build the card around that. This time I knew I wanted to use the small flowers, and it was a challenge to figure out the right elements to work with them. I think it all worked out really well!
One of the reasons that I like to do challenges is that they make me think and sometimes I am not so sure that I do a very good job at that. They do always make me try new things and that is awesome. I am not very good at coming up with starting ideas out of the blue.
